	Co-created along with Dr S.Pandey of CCMC a virtual hierarchy less Organization called KMUL (Knowledge Management Unlimited) within Tata Steel Wire Division. This was a unique experiment in making a Knowledge Organization where every employee is involved.
	Headed the implementation of the Supply chain solutions and Sales solutions for all the product lines at Tata Steel Wire division at Mumbai.
	Was Closely involved with the Goldratt School. Qualified practitioner for SFS (Solution for Sales), the Supply Chain component of the TOC way of thinking and Multi-project solutions.
	Knowledge Domain includes TOC (Theory of Constraints), Project Management, Supply Chain Planning, Six Sigma Quality, Business Excellence , Total Operational Performance, Cost Reduction & Suggestion schemes, and Knowledge Management.
